Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C)

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended

Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears after each addition

Add flour and cooled strong coffee, beating at low speed until well blended
