Coffee Cinnamon Cake

Coffee Cinnamon CakeIngredients & Amounts

  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1/2-teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of strong Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C)
  • Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl, creating a powder mixture
  • Set aside
  • Mix together the milk and coffee, creating a liquid mixture
  • Set aside
  • Beat the sugar and brown sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears after each addition
  • Slowly add the powder mixture, a little at a time
  • Then slowly add the liquid mixture, a little at a time
  • Pour complete mixture into a greased 9-inch bundt cake pan and bake for 50-55 minutes
  • Remove from over, cool for 20-25 minutes and frost with Mocha Coffee Frosting
