Boil the milk and ground Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee in a saucepan

Leave to steep, covered for 7-9 minutes

Strain to remove any coffee granules

Return to saucepan and simmer

Whisk together sugar and egg yolks until the mixture is pale yellow

Gradually add the sifted flour and mix well

Add the mixture of simmering coffee and mix well

Pour the compete mixture into the saucepan and continually whisk until smooth and thick

Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a bowl

Let it cool
