Coffee Fudge

Coffee FudgeIngredients & Amounts

  • 8 oz or 1 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 lb of brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • Cooking spray
  • Candy thermometer

Instructions

  • Spray an 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray
  • Set aside
  • Combine the evaporated milk, coffee and brown sugar in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the brown sugar is dissolved
  • Add the butter and stir
  • Increase the heat to medium and keep stirring every so often while checking the temperature of the mixture with your candy thermometer 
  • Once the mixture reaches 240 ° F (115 ° C), pour the mixture into the 8-inch baking pan and cool
