Iced Mint Coffee

Candy Cane CoffeeIngredients & Amounts

  • 1/4 cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1 tbsp of chocolate mint syrup
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Brew the 2 cups of water with the 1/4-cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee
  • Chill in the refrigerator
  • In a blender put the mint chocolate chip ice cream, chilled coffee, chocolate mint syrup and ice cubes and blend
  • Pour into glass
  • Top with whip cream and serve
