Mocha Coffee Frosting

Ingredients & Amounts

• 4 oz bittersweet baking bar
• 2 cups of confectionary sugar
• 1/4 cup of strong Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee

Instructions

• Break the bittersweet chocolate bar into pieces and melt in a saucepan over low heat.
• Slowly add the confectionary sugar and coffee and mix well
• Ready to serve over éclairs, ice cream, cheesecake, parfaits, or cakes
