Ingredients & Amounts

  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1-teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat
  • Brew the coffee with the water
  • Pour brewed coffee into cup; add the cornstarch
  • Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved
  • Pour the coffee-cornstarch mixture into the saucepan with the melted chocolate
  • Mix, add the butter
  • Mix until the butter is melted
  • Ready to serve over éclairs, ice cream, cheesecake, parfaits, or cakes
